Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Promotion open to participants who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry residing in Cincinnati Bell’s operating/wireless coverage area in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana. All entrants and winners agree to abide by Ohio laws/rules governing this contest. “Cincinnati Bell Sports Fan Experience Package” promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Cincinnati Bell. All valid entries must be received by March 20, 2008 at 11:00 AM DST.

How to Enter
Complete the Registration Form and confirm your selections using the submit button at the bottom of the page. Follow all additional instructions listed on that page, observing posted deadline for entry. Valid information for each field of the registration form is required. If any of the information is missing or incorrect, entry will be deemed ineligible for prize. Entries are limited to one per valid email address. All entries become the sole property of Cincinnati Bell. In the event of multiple entries, only the most recent entry will be deemed valid. Cincinnati Bell is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. No facsimiles, mechanical reproductions, alterations or forged entries will be accepted.

Duration
All entries must be received by March 20, 2008 at 11:00 AM DST.

Publicity/Privacy
By accepting a prize, winner agrees to Cincinnati Bell’s use of his or her name, voice or likeness without further compensation.

Eligibility
Promotion is open only to legal residents of Ohio, Indiana or Kentucky, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Cincinnati Bell, their family members, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their advertising, sweepstakes and production agencies are not eligible to enter. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility to certify that they meet the eligibility requirements.

Random Drawing
Two winners will be selected in a random drawing at 10:00 a.m. EDT on March 21, 2008, from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The winners will be contacted by phone on March 21, 2008, between 12:00 and 5:00 pm EDT. If a selected entrant cannot be reached by phone after the second attempt on March 22, 2008, the entrant shall be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected. The winners will be awarded the Cincinnati Bell Sports Fan Experience Package prize. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
Prize

Two grand prizes will be awarded. The Cincinnati Bell Sports Fan Experience Package grand prizes will consist of the following:

• Airfare for two (2) from either the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport or Dayton International Airport to San Antonio, Texas

• One (1) Double Veranda Room at the Fairmount Hotel for 3 Nights (4/5-4/8)

• A pair (2) ) of Reserved Upper Level Behind the Basket Tickets in Sec. 306-312 or 337-343 to the Championship Game Only on April 7, 2008

• Two (2) Hoop City Admission Tickets

• Two (2) Reserved Tickets to the Guardians of the Game Awards Ceremony on April 6, 2008
• Daily Full Breakfast

• Two (2) Commemorative Gifts

• Access to On Point Sports On-site Staff and Concierge Service

• Two (2) Ticket Holders and Lanyards

The value of all game tickets plus hotel accommodations “room and tax only” is estimated to be $6,800. Airfare from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport or Dayton International Airport is estimated to be $2,200. Other transportation requirements (e.g. to/from the airport, hotel and/or arena) and other incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the winners. No cash or other substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or comparable value. Total Prize Value estimated to be $9,000.

Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes.

Miscellaneous
If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim or fails to timely return the completed and executed affidavit and releases, if any, prizes will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Winners
By virtue of entering this contest, the winner agrees to hold forever harmless of any liability whatsoever, Cincinnati Bell, or any other sponsors of this promotion, including their employees, affiliates, parent companies, agencies, and subsidiaries, for damages that may occur by the acceptance and/or use of this prize. The winner agrees to allow the participating sponsors the opportunity to use their names and/or photographs for publicity for this promotion.

Limitation of Liability
Entrants release Cincinnati Bell, and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) for injuries, damages or losses to persons, including death and property which may be sustained in connection with receipt, enjoyment, ownership or use of the prize(s).

Decisions
In the event of a dispute, Cincinnati Bell’s decision will be final and binding. Official rules are subject to modification by Cincinnati Bell at any time before drawing.
